24-Hour Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand that plans can change. As a small salon, appointments are reserved especially for each client, and last-minute cancellations or missed appointments make it difficult for us to fill that time.
Cancellations or appointment changes must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will not incur a fee.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service total.
No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
Arriving significantly late may result in the appointment being shortened or rescheduled and may be subject to the same cancellation fee.
A valid credit/debit card may be required to secure your appointment. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and no-show policy.
